Leo DiCaprio To Present At 89th Academy Awards

The Oscars are usually a star studded event but this year, that's been guaranteed!

Leonardo DiCaprio, Brie Larson, Alicia Vikander and Mark Rylance have all signed on to present statues at the upcoming 89th Academy Awards, hosted by Jimmy Kimmel. This proves we'll have an equal amount of star power on stage and in the audience on February 26th.

Traditionally, the previous year's winner will present the Oscar to the person who's won in that category this year. DiCaprio won his very first Oscar in 2016 for Best Actor in The Revenant so he'll be presenting in the Best Actor category. Larson won Best Actress for Room.

Best Supporting Actress went to Vikander for The Danish Girl and Best Supporting Actor went to Rylance for Bridge of Spies.

There are more announcements coming soon regarding additional presenters and live performances. While we don't have official word from the Academy as to who might be performing, we do know who's up for Best Original Song... So maybe we can make some educated guesses!

Trolls - "Cant Stop the Feeling" (Justin Timberlake)

Jim: The James Foley Story - "The Empty Chair" (J. Ralph and Sting)

Moana - "How Far I'll Go" (Lin-Manuel Miranda, Auli'i Cravalho and Alessia Cara)

And two from La La Land

"Audition (The Fools Who Dream)" (Justin Hurwitz, Benj Pasek, Justin Paul and Emma Stone)

"City of Stars" (Hurwitz, Pasek, Paul, Stone and Ryan Gosling)
