Peak Season

$1,600.00 per week, Sunday to Sunday

Off Season

$200.00 per night with a 2 night minimum

Reservations are limited to 4 adult guests.
Peak Season includes late-June through August. Off Season includes mid-May to late-June and September to mid-October.

  • We do not accept pets of any kind on the property

  • No smoking inside the cabin & be responsible outside

  • No parties: 11PM to 8AM is ‘Quiet Time’

  • Reservations are limited to 4 adult guests. 6 guests is the Maximum Occupancy
    (children aged 0-2 do not count towards guest total)

  • Night time burning only & obey fire bans

There is one security camera monitoring the cottage exterior. If undeclared guests are seen on the property at any time, the extra guest fee is $300 per person. There is no payable fee for being over the 6 person limit; your reservation will be cancelled without refund. Be mindful of parked vehicles (2 max.) and do not block the road nor park on any neighbouring lots.

Checking In & Out

Check in after 5PM
Check out before 11AM

You will receive a message from me the night before check out with the following reminders:

  • Place used laundry in provided hampers

  • Wash dishes (no need to put away)

  • Pack out all food & drink

  • Place trash & recyclables in bins

  • Log out of any personal streaming services or sites

Fire Safety & Power Outages

Before burning, check the fire status at MadawaskaValley.ca. Fire bans are frequent.

The cabin’s primary heat source is one wood burning stove located in the dining room. To avoid disaster, keep the thermostat out of the ‘red-zone’.

Should you lose power during your stay, know that it will be temporary (barring a natural disaster). Our HydroOne info is on the fridge. Avoid flushing the toilet during an outage. Try using the outhouse! You may have to reset the water pressure once power is restored.

Flameless candles, flashlights, lanterns and extra batteries are provided. If you require personal assistance during a prolonged outage, please contact us.
