Family: outlet covers, Pack 'n Play, baby monitor (video), children's dinnerware, room darkening shades, booster seat with food tray, baby bath, potty, step stool, books, toys, games, outdoor activities, wagon, etc. (Note: these items are provided but not installed/pre-assembled.)

Dining: two fridges (standard and mini), one propane BBQ and accessories (propane provided), cooking basics; pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper, spices, condiments, etc. Coffee maker (coffee & tea provided), kettle, French press, dishes and silverware, baking sheets, microwave, 2 induction cooktops, mid sized toaster oven, toaster, blender, etc.

Entertainment: WiFi (unstable), TV in living room (HDMI and USB inputs), DVD/Blu-Ray player (not installed), Google TV, Google Display in dining room and Google Speaker on veranda, Bluetooth enabled soundbar, Bluetooth enabled speakers (pin to connect is: 0000), Bluetooth portable speaker (kitchen), Bluetooth turntable with Bluetooth IKEA speaker, board games, cards, dice, etc.

Bathroom: shower, toilet and sink. A charming outhouse is also available.

Comfort: The cabin’s main heat source is a wood burning stove. If you aren’t comfortable using a woodstove, this may not be the best fit for you during cooler months. Wood is provided. There are portable electric heaters for every bedroom plus one on the veranda and a large electric fireplace in the living room. Fans (ceiling, pedestal and tower) are located throughout.

Safety: fire extinguisher, first aid kit, extra bandages, 911 service, smoke alarms, nearby hospital has an Emergency Room and Helipad.

Not available: cable or satellite TV, stove, air conditioning, no carbon monoxide detector (no furnace).

Location: forest, waterfront, shared private lane (no through traffic), etc.

Parking: suitable for two standard vehicles, maximum. We do NOT accommodate trailers, ATVs or other recreational vehicles. Motorized watercraft also prohibited due to lack of public launch and mooring space.

Outside: rock garden, picnic area next to the BBQ and a sandy fire pit. One rustic outhouse. There are exterior bug zappers, bug spray, badminton sets (no net), hammock (do not leave outside), horse shoes, ring-toss and bocce ball sets, fishing rods and tackle, binoculars, etc. Down at the water, our dock guides you to a weed free swimming area with graduated drop-off, a large deck overlooking Trout Lake. We also have two adult sized kayaks, two child sized kayaks, one canoe and life jackets in various sizes (youth through adult).

Guests do NOT have access to the storage sheds. There is one security camera monitoring the exterior property. Guests must be vigilant of any fire related activities and obey fire bans.
