'Fubar' heading to VICELAND
Rogers Media and Vice Canada plan to turn Fubar into a mini-series.
Filming for the 8 episode series run is happening right now in Montreal with stars David Lawrence and Paul Spence better known as Terry and Dean. Each episode will be around sixty minutes long (*some reports say the episodes will only be thirty minutes), directed by Michael Dowse who was also involved in the original films.
In the made-for-TV version Fubar we'll see the boys fleeing the wildfires of For McMurray looking for work. Terry seeks financial stability through online ventures while Dean, the dreamer, is busy working on a triple-concept album.
Catch Fubar on VICELAND later this year.
Justin Bieber Investigated for Headbutting
Bieber BUSTED for allegedly "headbutting" someone at a pre-GRAMMYs party in LA.
The mischievous Justin Bieber was messing around with some friends at a restaurant on Saturday evening when he spotted an employee filming him. We all know how the Biebs feels about photos and paparazzi and stuff, so he reacted accordingly.
Bieber approached the employee and asked him to stop filming. He then asked that the video and any pictures of him be deleted from the employee's phone. When the employee refused, Bieber took the next logical course of action and headbutted- wait, what?
Yes. Justin Bieber allegedly lunged at the filmer, headbutted him and then left.
TMZ says it was a fellow employee, not directly involved in the altercatin, who called the police. It was NOT the victim. The person involved does not want to press any charges but since the police are now involved, the Biebs could be involved in a misdemeanor battery investigation.
Justin had already left the scene by the time the cops showed up. His reps have yet to comment on the incident.
AHS: S7 Based on 2016 US Election
Co-creator Ryan Murphy reveals the upcoming season 7 of American Horror Story will be based on the 2016 US Presidential Election.
While season 7 is yet to be titled, Murphy was very quick to spill the beans surrounding it's plot. Murphy said,
“The season that we begin shooting in June is going to be about the election that we just went through. So I think that will be interesting for a lot of people.”
Fresh off the election (well, sorta) how does he plan to execute an entire season based on the event many are still coming to terms with? Just because he says it’s “based on” the election it doesn’t mean it’ll be a carbon copy of actual events… they’ll have to turn up the sex, horror and gore a little bit, right?
Series regulars Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters are rarin’ to go with season 7 but that’s all we know concerning the cast so far. Once adopted into the American Horror Story family, actors typically stick around so it’s highly possible we’ll see people like Kathy Bates, Cheyenne Jackson, Angela Bassett and more return.
Could season 7 be another split-themed, cross over type seaon? It’s possible. Last year Murphy hinted they “will be going back to some Freak Show characters” exploring “deeper histories and mythologies”. In November, the official AHS twitter account posted this teaser:

Ashton Kutcher Blows Kisses in Court
Ashton Kutcher was in court on Wednesday (Feb. 15th) to testify at a Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing. The subject of the hearing was “Ending Modern Slavery: Building on Success.”
Kutcher is the co-founder of Thorn, a tech company that fights the sexual exploitation of children.
“We partner across the tech industry, government and NGOs and leverage technology to combat predatory behavior, rescue victims, and protect vulnerable children.”
While in court, Kutcher spoke about his organization’s capabilities and let everyone know they give away tech tools that are considered key in disabling slavery.
Senator John McCain was very happy to hear about Thorn and their team’s plan to aid in the quest to end modern slavery and exploitation. The whole thing was very professional… except for this one jab from McCain to Kutcher…
Mariah Carey Flaunts Valentine's Date
Mariah Carey’s ex, Nick Cannon, has previously expressed his doubt in the authenticity of her newish relationship with long time dancer Brian Tanaka. The singer posted a few new photos of her wearing a Hershey Kisses studded bikini top in a tub full of candy, solo alongside this pic featuring Tanaka. We see big smiles, champagne, muscles and cleavage – it’s can’t all be fake, can it (Nick)?
During a radio interview with Howard Stern, Cannon didn’t hold back when it came to his skepticism (*cynicism?) surrounding his ex wife’s new relationship with 33 year old Tanaka.
“First of all, I think the whole reality show is fake. I’m a producer, so I know how [it works]… I don’t buy non of that s**t.”
Carey, 46, split from Aussie billionaire James Packer in October 2016 before hooking up with Tanaka, a move Cannon thinks is explicitly made for TV. Despite his harsh feelings towards the new romance, Cannon adds,
“I love Mariah. I’ll never stop loving her. She gave me two, amazing beautiful gifts. We talk every day.”
So what do you think? Is this relationship real or made-for-TV?
