This is a little glimpse into my busy day in the studio. 📻

A lot of people *might* not know this about me... but I'm quite the multi-tasker when it comes to being on-air. It's a temporary engagement, hosting KROCK 105.7 (Kingston) weekdays 10-3 WHILE I host 9-2 on KiSS 105.3 (Ottawa) but thanks to tech, I can do both from the same studio.

This short video gives you a tiny peak about what I do for *5 hours+ every day. I'm only filling in for a few weeks but WOW does it ever feed my soul to be hosting a ROCK show again. :-)

*Not shown: curating prep, handling social media (personal & station; Insta, FB, Twitter), responding to text messages, e-mails and answering/editing/airing calls.
