WINDMILL COTTAGE
Our three bedroom log cabin has been in the family since 1975.
It’s now available to you as an exclusive, private rental hosted by Amy Volume.
LOCATION
Approximately 45 minutes from Algonquin Park’s East Gate and less than 10 minutes from the town of Barry’s Bay. Our lakefront cottage is located near the end of a shared, dirt lane. Please respect our neighbours and any vehicles you may encounter; treat as a one way.
Parking is limited to two midsize vehicles.
We do not accommodate trailers, boats, motorized watercraft, ATVs, quads/4 wheelers, 3 wheelers, etc.
In Town
Tim Horton’s, The Hungry Pig Diner, Subway, Vito’s Family Restaurant, Hannah’s Chicken, Madawaksa Coffee Co., Ash Grove Inn and the Dairy Freeze.
Metro, Valu-Mart and LCBO for food and drink. You’ll also find a general store, Home Hardware, pharmacy, outdoor rental shop and clothes retailer (Mad Outdoors) plus the local curio shop “Grumblin’ Granny’s”.

considerations
We do not allow pets of any kind, for any length of time, on the property
You will not be able to smoke inside the cabin; be responsible when smoking outside
No parties; 11PM to 8AM is ‘Quiet Time’
Reservations are limited to four adult guests; six persons is the maximum occupancy for our property (children aged 0-2 do not count towards your total)
You must be vigilant of any fire related activities and obey any fire bans
There is one security camera monitoring the exterior property. Read our terms and conditions prior to submitting a reservation request.
